Payment

Payment is due at check-out. We currently accept credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal. If you would like to pay via bank transfer or in cash, please contact us.

After the check-out is completed you will receive an order confirmation including an invoice.

Shipping & Pick-up

All pieces can be shipped worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote (this does not necessarily mean, that it is more expensive than to other countries).
If you want to pick up personally, please check that box during check-out. We will contact you for possible pick-up dates. After 14 days, we will charge you a storage fee of 1% of the package value per day.

For local deliveries, the FAGG does not apply. We do not accept returns. If a return is inevitable after an invoice has been issued, we ask for a 10% restocking fee.

All deliveries are curbside (“Bordsteinkante”) delivery unless stated otherwise.

Returns

Return & Refund Policy for online orders.

If you are not happy with your online purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product bought in our online shop within 14 days (according to the laws of FAGG only). This does not apply to custom order and items bough in-store on sight.

Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping costs as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

The costs of the return will have to be covered by the buyer.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Returned items must be delivered to us in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

Studio-boleh oG will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
